Union Clay Industries Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1990 as wholesale company for hardware, sanitary wares, plumbing and fittings. Over the years, the company grew and has expanded its expertise as wholesaler and eventually embarks into retail market. In year 2009, the company has changed its name to Home Type Trading Sdn. Bhd.

Home Type Trading Sdn. Bhd. specializes in sanitary ware, faucets and bathtubs that are under our in-house brand namely DOCASA. With times, DOCASA has created public awareness and positioned itself as one of the leading sanitary wares suppliers in the local market and expanding the business to overseas i.e. China.

OUR PLANT

Our manufacturing plant is currently located in Guangdong, China. With a built-up area of 50,000m2, it is registered under the company name of GUANGDONG RONGXIN SANITARY WARE CO., LTD. The plant houses 320 full-time employees and has an annual production capacity of 1000,000 units. All sanitary wares produced are in compliance with Malaysia approval IKRAM standards & SPAN of water efficient.

DOCASA offers sanitary wares, bathtubs & others that are suitable for both residential and commercial use.

DOCASA Sanitary Wares – a three (3) years warranty is given on manufacturing defects.
DOCASA Stainless Steel Basin Cabinet – Bathroom Cabinet Set. (Grade: #304)
DOCASA Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink – Above counter, under mount & hand made sink. (Grade: #304)
DOCASA Bathtub – mainly Deluxe Steam Room, Complete Shower Room, Shower Enclosures, Massage Tubs, Ordinary bathtubs and shower panels. The plant is located in Zhejiang, China. The brand has become a famous brand in domestic and oversea market.
